How can I convert my old .wrk files to MIDI on OSX?

I used one of Cakewalk's products back around 1998-2002. I've kept all of my old .WRK project files and would like to convert them to MIDI files so I can use some of my old ideas in my new music. Is there a way for me to do so on a Mac?

I've tried downloading the trial version of SONAR so I can open my .wrk files in it, but SONAR is only available for Windows, and I don't have a Windows machine handy right now. Are there any options that will work specifically for Mac computers?

Not at this time. Cakewalk has announced there will be a Mac version of SONAR available later this year.
