Installing SPlat without Audio Interface

Hi team
I've just done a fresh install of Win10 on my machine, and now I'd like to install Sonar and all my other VSTs.
As I haven't purchased an audio interface as yet (as I need a new one with Win10 drivers) is it okay to install s/w without the interface and add after the fact??

Thank you
Bob

It'll work, Sonar will just take exclusive control of your onboard sound unless you tell it not to in Preferences.
