Plugin bypass depending on latency

There is a nice feature in Cubase, that I would like to see in Sonar.
An addition to the plugin bypass button, that depends on latency a plugin causes. Only plugins which causes a higher latency as a treshhold setting in preferences should affected by this special bypass button.
This can be very useful in recording situations with software monitoring.
