Support Internet Broken and Sonar Fault Reporter not able to connect

Hi,

I tried to log a problem using the link provided by Fault reporter not being able to connect directly after a crash.
https://cakewalk.com/Supp.t/Contact/Problem-Report
After filling the report the web site reports that the Internet is Broken on Cakewalk end.

That was the case two days ago, I tried again today with the same result.

Can you update me on the best way to report crashes.

jp

That link works fine for me in Chrome but gets a Page Not Found error using Internet Explorer 11.

    Link is good.
Fill the report and at the end when sending I get a response from the web site saying "The internet is broken. At least on our end"

    Hi jptrudel,

Sorry about the failure. Trying to trace this on our end.

Are you attempting to upload a file with the report? If so, can you try creating the report without the attaching the file to see if it submits? Also, can you can link me to the file (or just reference it in the report) through an external service (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)?
