Epitaph

This is a song I posted in the past a while back. I wrote and recorded it years ago. I have no idea what the heck I was thinking at the time. I just felt "Epitaph" was the proper title?

Just thought someone might like hearing this tune of mine. I know it's not perfect. It's not about the sound where I go, it's about putting together a vibe on a song and letting the chips fall where they may sometimes. I just go with it.

So, This is what it is, like it or hate it. I dunno if I will revisit this tune or not, it was at a rather dark time in my life when I wrote and recorded this one where I was just rolling with the punches. I came out okay I guess.

This is my "Recorded a few years ago and mixed a few years ago, SAME VERSION, LOL - EXCUSE - OR that is my Musical EPITAPH MUSIC.

Lot's of mistakes, but I give it HELL on this old recording, while wishing for Heaven you might say.

I played everything one instrument at a time except the drums which I programmed.

Thanks for listening!!!

Very cool and heavy. Good leads!
Are you  reamping or using plugs for the distorted guitars.

Thanks, I used "Pod Farm 1" with a few amp settings I had on the VST's at the time. If you would like I can send you the VST settings for the guitars. Although I must say, they were played on a Fender Strat Knockoff type of guitar which was routed out, so a solid body guitar would sound totally different with the VST Pod Farm Amp setup settings.

    Thanks again!

Thank you Bill, you have a Talent for just playing the guitar in a spectacular way. . Hahahahaha. If you get bored less do a remake on this tune, I have the master tracks and am now using Sonar Professional. Maybe add some words? I have no idea. Just a thought. Either way. Thanks for listening again, and taking the time to listen. Take care my friend.

Thanks Freddy J. I'm hoping to improve on this one in the near future. I have been hitting the books and practicing lately, first time I've done that in what seems like forever. It's been a lot of fun lately playing guitar. A newer version of this one hopefully in the future will be much improved.

    Thanks again!
