Pro Audio 9 install and XP 64-Bit

2 problems when install Pro Audio 9 onto Windows XP 64-Bit.
 
First, it will state that it cannot find the file "setup.lid" in the folder "Ntonyx" on the install CD.  I looked at that folder and sure enough it does not have that file.  Why?  I found out that the Ntonyx folder it is part of the MIDI effects that installs "Style Enhancer 1.28 Lite."  I would like to install this plugin.  Any help please?
 
Second, while installing it will state also:  This version of Windows Media Technologies is incompatible with this version of Windows...
 
Any workaround to stop this from happening please?
