Melodyne installation issue

Hi All,
Apologies if this has already been answered somewhere but I have searched everywhere and couldn't find the answer.
 
After being a fool and messing up my system I did a clean re-install of Sonar Plat. and everything seemed to be okay until I initiated Melodyne and activated as I had previously done (after first deactivating my PC on the Celemony site).  This seemed to work fine and Melodyne worked, however I noted that in the 'About' menu item splash screen it was in Demo mode and I had only 30 days left.
 
My question is, is this normal or has the license got corrupted and after 30 days it will only be the player version?
 
Any advice gratefully received.

    It is not normal. The Melodyne about screen should show the serial number in the bottom left. If the license is not showing the plug-in is not registered.

    Thanks for the quick response, however as far as the Celemony site and Sonar are concerned it is registered to my PC/DAW, but the about screen in Melodyne shows this...
     
    On top banner: Melodyne studio demo 4.0.2.003 (64-bit) VST3
     
    Then some bumph...
     
    Then bottom left corner my serial number: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, Remaining days: 30
     
    Obviously the XXXX are my alpha-numeric serial number, not a load of X's.
     
    Shame I couldn't seem to add a screenshot but the gist of the About dialog is above.
     
    So it is registered just weirdly showing this.  Additionally when the about dialog is opened the Celemony site opens in a browser telling me to update.
     
    Any advice anyone?

    Directly uploading images is not allowed on this forum and your post count is too low to add links to your post. I believe there is a 25 post minimum requirement for links.
     
    If you are using the version supplied with SONAR, it is Melodyne Essential NOT Melodyne Studio. This may explain why it is in demo mode. I have never demoed a Celemony product and do not know how the demo versions are installed or triggered from Essential. I took advantage of the Celemony upgrade to Editor immediately upon installing Essential with X3. So I have very little experience with the version bundled with SONAR.
     
    The version of Melodyne Studio is out of date. I believe the most recent one is 4.0.4.001.

    Thanks again, much appreciated, I think the licensing has got corrupted somewhere, will contact Celemony support as I think its their problem and not Cakewalk.
     
    It is refreshing to actually have a forum where you get quick responses, so glad I have switched to Sonar from Ableton, you get so little feedback from them.

    They would be the ones with the definitive answer. If I were guessing, the plug-in will revert to Essential when the demo period is up. There is only one set of binaries for Melodyne 4. The license tells the plug-in which features to make available.

    Contact Celemony, the licensing handshake is an entry on their server. You may need to have them reset your status manually.

    Thanks to all who responded, not sure what actually happened when installing, I think I may have clicked on the activate demo for the Studio edition on the splash screen that opens up on first use of Melodyne.
     
    Anyway I contacted Celemony and they did their magic on their server and I followed their support directions and everything is okay now .
