I really wish this thing didn't have to rebuild the inst database for every minor update ...

thank you for posting this. I'll be looking at the percussion add-on along with the Cinematic percussion.
Off topic: The (new to me) Miroslav Philharmonic demo is very good. I've gotten nowhere close to that, so that's pretty exciting.
Sonar Platinum, EWHO/D, Spitfire, Miroslav, Pianoteq, ...., Kurzweil.

I agree. The rebuild takes several minutes after every update.

Not only that...but every time you add a library it rescans EVERYTHING
not just the added library!!!
I guess "amending" a database is not in their programming skills...

I just installed it and it wiped me clean...it didn't even rebuild....  EDIT. It changed my path...GRRRRRR....it usually knows where to go... my bad for not paying more attention on install...

This update didn't cause me a database rebuild and worked perfectly. So I'm kind of shocked. I noodled around with it for a few minutes and didn't have any problems.

It's the new one. Maybe I just didn't see it do the rebuild (which does take forever). I have Sampletank 3 in my main template, I wonder if it did the rebuild without showing any UI and I just didn't notice it?

After an update I always launch the stand-alone version to get the rebuild out of the way.
