How to find track that goes with synth

Most of my projects have dozens of tracks, arranged in many folders, many hidden/disabled, etc. Every once in a while I will decide the piece needs a certain instrument, so I go into the synth rack browser and connect that instrument. But the track that goes with that instrument is buried and hidden in some folder somewhere and I can't find it. I have been resorting to soloing the synth, which automatically solos the track too, and then going into the track manager and scanning down the long list of tracks to finds that one that says (Soloed) next to it. Is there a more efficient way? Is there some way I can get Sonar to tell me where the track is that goes with a particular synth?
