[Solved] Recovering and backing up ins files

A few days ago I started Sonar X3 Prod and discovered my Kurzweil synths were missing in the MIDI Instruments column along with all the bank and patch information I had created for them.  I looked in Kurzweil.ins, misc.ins and master.ins but none of the data that I created (banks, patch lists) was present.  I've re-entered all of the instruments and their program banks and have started rebuilding the patch lists (these particular banks and patches are not available from the Cakewalk download site), but this is a long and tedious job.  I need to know where this information is stored so that I can back it up in the future along with my music files.  If it is in a file please provide me with the path.  If I need to make a file can someone show me how to do this?

Running SonarX3 Prod. with Win. 7 on Creation Station computer - CS450v3, Xeon E3-1275v3

SONAR uses the master.ins in your X3 user directory. To get to the directory
    1. hit the Windows+R keys
    2. in the Run dialog type %appdata%\Cakewalk\SONAR X3 Producer
    3. click OK

Many thanks Scook!  I found the master.ins file with my data in it and can now back it up.

    Problem solved.
