(SOLVED!) New theme, colours, etc. So why no fix to CWBRN-43213 ???

    This was indeed fixed in 06. The color in the clip inspector color picker will change but keep in mind that the clip background color itself wont change until you click away from the clip AFTER changing the clip color. This is because the selected clip is showing the gray color for selected clips. So that part is intentional.
