Hey Tom -- very nice mix and the sound is great.  The guitar breakdown was terrific -- the tones on the guitars are sweet.  Bass is great too and locks in very well -- drums are good but I kept wanting to hear a more steady 4 on the floor type thing to really bang it home -- just my preference, that's all.  Vocals are very good.  A good listen -- I enjoyed it.  !!

Sounded pretty good to me.  Nice playin' and all.  Mix seemed a bit toppy to my ears, but I don't know if maybe that's what you were after.  Good tune.

That opening guitar made me think of early Loggins and Messina, not sure why though. In any case, you did a fine job on this one. Everything holds together really well. Cool tune too!

Loggins and Messina?  That's interesting, I'll have to google some of their older tunes.  Thanks!

I think it is mostly that super-compressed tone they had on those guitars. That song is from the right album. Good stuff, and meant as a compliment.

Love it.  I know what Dan means about Loggins and Messina -- check the first album, 'Sittin' In'.  I hear some of the funky sounds of Little Feat, especially the guitar.  Check the link below for a similar example.  Nice job!

Oh yeah, it's got vibe...   Everything sounds pretty good from here, though I'd like to hear a little more "punch" from the horns so they really pop as accents.   But for me the guitars really stand out - what are you using?
