umc404hd USB Audio Interface, Oxygen49 keyboard (USB/MIDI), and blue snowball usb mic
My setup:
- Windows 10
- Cakewalk Professional
- Audio Interface: Behringer UMC404HD - 4 inputs - Can record 4 tracks simultaneously via USB
- Keyboard: Oxygen49 USB/MIDI keyboard
- Mic: Blue Snowball USB MIC
My issue: I cannot seem to get the drivers working properly, such that when I choose the 'input' I want on a given track, I cannot hear or record the input. I believe it is a driver issue.
My desired outcome: I want to hit record, and record all of the instruments below, on individual tracks, in real time such that I can later master each track for a cleaner sound. We perform live, and I find we capture the best sound if I can record as noted below.
Behringer UMC404HD: I have two vocal mics, a guitar, and a bass performing
Oxygen49: I have the keyboardist also playing along with the vocalists and strings
Blue Snowball: I use this as a room mic, or sometimes a vocal mic
Question: Where can I find a guide, or can someone help me with a response, on he best 'drivers' to use, perhaps a screenshot of the settings menu (there are so many options...), or any other advice. I'm itching to record.
I've recorded all of the above before using an Omega Lexicon, but I thought this Behringer would be better. I just cannot get it to work... and the instructions with the audio interface are not the best... I figure since I'm an annual subscriber to Cakewalk, maybe I get some support on this?
Thanks!
