So only SaferWeb would have access to your personal information?  Just kidding (I hope!).

I'm curious to know more.  I simply don't see how your IP can be completely hidden, I've heard that's usually just a tactic to make people feel safer.  Authorities, advertisers and hackers can still figure things out.

Well it makes reference to non-existent "experts" and has fake comments at the bottom so that's all my boxes ticked! Where do I sign up?

Quick check on the web, it is a VPN service. Seems to make sense. But also is not free ($4.95/$6.95 month).

    What is a VPN?

When you typically connect to an internet, your connection is not private. The websites you visit can see your IP address, your location, and other information. In addition, your online activity – like browsing social media and logging into your online bank – can be seen and monitored by third parties.

A secure VPN like Safer Web encrypts your connection to the internet. That means all the data you send and receive is encrypted (it cannot be intercepted and decoded by third parties). Your browsing habits, login information, private emails, and other data are safe from prying eyes.

    Broken pencils are pointless.
