Did you install the VST's into C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VSTplugins?
If not, then they may have gone to the default location, and you would need to add that path to your plugin scan path in Sonar...

Could be a 32 vs 64 thing, or install locations as cclarry mentioned. FWIW, I have imported all of the sound libs from those (and others) to SampleTank3. I have ST3 full, but the free version was recently updated to allow import of these libs. So there is a zero cost way of getting the sounds out of those 32 bit samplers into a 64 bit engine

Well the SampleTank3 (free) worked great with Win10 and Splat! Thank you. Can't seem to get it to work with Win8 in ASIO mode (Randomly crashing) and sounds bad in MME. Not a big deal though. Still not done experimenting. Peace!

Dave - I spent some time with ST3.6.6 today running it stand-alone in Win8.1 using my interfaces ASIO drivers. I didn't experience any problems with it at all. None inside Sonar either, using the VST2 version.

Yeah, :) the problem is in Splat. I will crash if I load a sample then load a different one. at around the 3 one it crashes. It could be Tascam ASIO driver issues. My win 10 system is using a Lexicon Alpha. Thanks just the same :)

I'm also using Tascam in Sonar and not having problems. If you want to keep working on it, drop me a note.
