Digital Sound Factory instruments installed, but missing

I'm trying to utilize my newly-installed Digital Sound Factory instruments in Sonar x3 (via Cakewalk Sound Center), but several instruments are reported missing.

For example, trying to load Keyboards-Organs-Rock Organ, I get this:

IDS_MULTISAMPLE_NOT_FOUND: org-AllOutFast M.sfz

I had this problem on a previous installation about a year or two back, but I forgot how to resolve it. A Forum member informed me that the DSF instrument packs may not have been installed in the folder consistent with the core bundle of instruments; they might have been installed into an ProgramData folder (or something of that nature), and they need to simply be moved into Cakewalk's assigned folder.

I do not remember the details of the resolution. But I'd be extremely grateful if someone could help me locate the rogue DSF packs folder. Thanks in advance!

I'd like to give this topic a bump, please.

I reinstalled Sonar x3, following all of my Digital Sound Factory add-ons. However, I'm still getting this message.

I remember a solution so many months back that involved copying a SoundCenter folder from one location to another to consolidate all of my SoundCenter instruments (core and add-ons), but I don't remember the solution. Please advise...thanks! :)

Do you mean this post that I made some time ago?
The forum software removes the address even if I make it a link. :(
Search on in the Cakewalk Instruments forum for the subject "Cakewalk Sound Center missing Digital Sound Factory files found"

    Cheers

Thanks for the response, Eddie. The information in that link sounds very similar to the issue I had in the past. I knew it had something to do with the Packs being installed in ProgramData. I have noted the instructions for future reference.

However, I can consider this topic closed, because the issue isn't nearly the same as what I suspected.  Turns out all  SoundCenter instruments are functional; it's just one instrument that yields the error.

The Rock Organ (the Hammond B-3 collection) yields the ID_MULTISAMPLE_NOT_FOUND error, so I'm guessing a corrupt Pack. I sent a technical support request to Cakewalk Support, as so will I to Digital Sound Factory.

    :)
