Record Selects Track

Hey, friends, when the input echo is set to Auto Thru, then incoming MIDI plays the selected track. Is there a way to make hitting the Record Enable button also select that track so that I don't have to do it in two separate actions? It always takes a little longer, too, since I'm expecting the track that is Record Enabled to play, and when it doesn't I have to grab the mouse again to select the track.
