Sore Right Hand

I've been doing a lot of drills for my picking hand. I got sore from it. Since my PC is running rough I'm spending time on technique while I have the time. I found a hand messager to relieve  tension in my hands and forearm. It really works too! I can hear all the bones popping when I'm done and relief. I must need the practice cuz I laid off so long. Soreness in my case is a good sign I think!
