How to install the Platinum MP3 encoder?

So I paid the $10 and bought the encoder with my lifetime subscription/upgrade.  "My Products" has two downloads - Mp3Activation.exe and MP3Encoder.exe.  No instructions.  I figure I need to install the encoder before activating it, so I run MP3Encoder.exe.  I'm given a list of Cakewalk products, none of which are Platinum, so I select the "Other application not listed" option.  The installer can't find some shared component and punts.

Help.

I would try running the Mp3Activation.exe. The encoder is already bundled with SONAR. This is the appropriate product for current versions of SONAR  https://shop.cakewalk.com....60182/product.152233/

The activation app ran without a hiccup.  I'll try MP3 export in 30 days and see if it still works!

    Thanks

There is no 30 day period anymore. If you can export MP3 it is fully activated.
