Can I redeem an activation code with any of the Sonar LE version?

Can I redeem an activation code with any of the Sonar LE version?

Recently bought BOSS ME 25, but, unfortunately didn't get the disc of Sonar LE with it. So my question is, can I redeem my given activation code of Sonar LE by downloading a trial version from the site? Do I need to download any specific version if I have to redeem the given activation code with BOSS ME 25?

    Did you buy the boss me 25 brand new ?
    it should have come with a DVD:
    "The Boss ME 25 includes A DVD of Cakewalk Sonar 8 LE and over one hundred audio loops"
     
    I believe you will have to use Sonar 8 LE to use the code to authorize it.
    but they may honor the newer sonar LE versions if you ask support.

    Enter your code here: https://www.cakewalk.com/Redeem
    You should then be able to see / download your product after that I think.

    Ken is correct. I don't know why I didn't think of that.
    you should get a better idea once you redeem your code.
    let us know how it works out. 
     
    you can always do a trial of platinum as well. I think you will find that superior to Sonar LE.
