    Bill,

Being a longtime of this type of music, I can tell you that I really like this piece.

I will not saying anything about the mix itself because you have not stated what you want in the way of comments regarding this tune. But I will say that I like it alot and that it has a lot of merit!

    Hey Bill,
Yes, I'm old Gentle Giant fan. This is excellent! Needlessly complex, excellently performed - real players music. Well done.

On the mix, it sounds just a little bright, maybe a little too much cymbols. Then again, that's what make it sound so "in your face." So, your choice on that.

I checked out your site, I see your a drummer, I definitely hear the Bruford influence.
Who do you have playing with you? The bass is tight; is that a Ric?

Dave the bass player from Rat Race Choir, He uses a old Fender Jazz, Gitarist Craig from RRC as well. Thanks for the input. its great to be able to share music. I agree with you on the cymbals being a little hot, I think I was geeting to much bleed through.

nice stuff bill. i love this type of progressive rock. there is something that seems 'thin' to me in the mix. i can't put my finger on it - and probably couldn't tell you how to fix it either. i'd like to hear chaz's mixing comments... i'm sure he has some. :-) thanks for posting this... it was very enjoyable.
