Pause keyboard shortcut in Sonar? [solved]

just a quick question, what keyboard shortcut is for Pause by default? I couldn't find it anywhere, only Space being used for Stop

or you could hit the pause button on Mackie control
 
yup I still use thee ole CTRL + SpaceBar every once in a while.
here are some the transport shortcuts:
 
 

Record - R
Step Record on/off - SHIFT+R
RTZ - W
Play/Stop - SPACEBAR
Stop with Now marker - CTRL+SPACEBAR
Toggle ‘On stop, rewind to Now marker’ on/off - CTRL+W
Audition selection - SHIFT+SPACEBAR
Go to time - G
Go to selection start (From time) - SHIFT+G
Go to next marker - CTRL+SHIFT+PAGE DOWN
Go to previous marker - CTRL+SHIFT+PAGE UP
Record metronome on/off - F3
Playback metronome on/off - CTRL+F3
Open Metronome settings - SHIFT+F3
Loop on/off - L
Set Measure/Beat at Now time - SHIFT+M

What's the difference between pause and stop / play via spacebar please in the case of SONAR?
In cassette days it was for more immediate play and record.
 
Sorry for such a rudimentary question.

@chuckebaby - oh thanks for those shortcuts, really handy although I know some of them already :)
I wonder if there is a shortcut "combo" to start playback and suddenly start recording while playback?
@bitman - stop will get you back to last position where you clicked mouse, but pause will stop on position of playback at the moment you pressed pause, so it's actually a huge difference ;)
