[SOLVED] Export Tempo Map From Sonar Platinum

Hello Everyone,

I'm using Sonar Platinum latest version and would like to export/save a tempo map from a Sonar score of audio tracks.

I did this sometime last year then imported this into a standalone Melodyne score and it worked to perfection. Now I can't remember how I managed to export the tempo map from Sonar. I've tried searching and looking through the manual and no luck. Can anyone help please?

I know Melodyne integrates with Sonar via ARA and I use this often but on I also use the standalone at times.

I'd appreciate any help with this.

Thanks.

Michael

Save a copy of the project as MIDI, and open/import the tempos from the MIDI file to the target app.

    Hello Brundlefly,

    Well I'll be ...

Thanks for posting. I recall it was straight forward but just couldn't remember how.

I created my audio score via MIDI so I just returned to that. I selected the Melodyne 'Import Tempo Map', pointed it to the MIDI file and voila .. perfect tempo applied to my Melodyne score.

Thanks for your help, it's much appreciated.

    Regards

    Michael
