Changing profile picture? (solved)

How do you change your forum profile picture?  I went to my profile section, but I can't find any place that will allow you to upload a new picture.  Thanks for any assistance!

    I figured it out too but when I posted my actual picture of myself I got comments like" You so ugly I bet your dog puts a bag over his head when he hump... well nevermind
