Maschine changing notes upon restarting playback

I am experiencing a problem in Maschine. If I sequence a track and use a synth (synth within any of the drum expansions) with a certain note value, once I hit stop and hit play again, the note value changes. Even if I press the same pad on Maschine, the note is wrong. I feel like this has been doing it since the most recent update. I have no idea why the note value is changing. Have any of you experienced this or know if it's a known bug?

    One other thing about this, this does not happen in stand alone mode, only when it runs within sonar. It appears that sonar is sending something to Maschine that is changing the note.

    Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

    Hey, Joe...
     
    I experienced this yesterday when I tried working on a project. It's hard enough for me to get back into the music-making frame of mind so this really threw me off and I was forced to focus on figuring out why this problem was happening and less on actually creating music.
     
    Hopefully someone can offer us some technical support soon.
