How to get most current GUI features to appear in older projects?

Hello everyone,

So, I just opened up an old project that I started quite a few months back. I started it before some of the current GUI updates had been implemented, namely being able to see what effects are loaded into your FX bin from the Track View. I didn't realize how dependent I had become on being able to access those plugins from the Track View until I suddenly couldn't do it anymore! So, I'm wondering if there is a way to, in a sense, "turn on" these features in projects that were created before they were implemented? I'm kind of surprised it didn't happen automatically, as the Tungsten Theme was applied automatically, but they must be two different things entirely.

Any ideas?

Sometimes you have to move the divider between the track details and the tracks themselves to make the panel wide enough to display the FX bin (just click the left hand edge of the dB scale and drag it to the right).

Alternatively, turn on the Inspector (press I) to get more details for the selected track (including the FX bin)

And if you still don't see FX bin in Track View, be sure to have "Track Control Layout Presets" set to "All".

Dragging the panel didn't make the FX Bin appear, but Klaus's tip did the trick!
