Jamstik?

I realize that the Jamstik is designed for use with Mac and Apple products, but it is supposed to be able to be used as a midi controller via USB. 
 
Has anyone used one with Sonar? What I'm particularly curious about is whether and how well it recognizes string bending and other guitar techniques.
