Can you tell us the name and maker of the plugin?

When does "Sonar Professional is not compatible" come up? When you are inserting the plug or scanning or when please?

    Welcome to the forum.

To answer your question to the best of our ability's you have to explain it very thorough.
    Start in steps
Example- I inserted the plug in and received a pop up message in  sonar saying it was not compatible.
    or
Example-I can't open sonar theres a pop up message that says the program is not compatible.

if not your just going to fill up pages of one liners that people will not understand and be less likely to help.
    Good luck.

    The Riser from Air?
I can't say for the demo, but the full version runs fine in Sonar Platinum. However, it needs to be activated with the iLok License Manager - assuming this is the case with the demo also, there should be instructions on how to set up an ILok account and get the product activated. Don't know - may not be necessary for the demo, but definitely is for the full version.

    only a suggestion,
if you go to your profile you can set up your signature.
you can post your system specs, audio card, exc (like mine you can see below)

this will help you along the way if you need to ask any questions, people will know what they are dealing with, it makes solving issues that much easier.

    Cheers to you as well
