[Solved] Bought second license of Sonar platinum, but it doesn't appear in my account

Hello,
the days (31.7.) I bought a Second sonar Platinum license here in the shop.
I want to use it on a second Computer parallel, so I followed up the rule, that there has to be bought a separate license.
 
The Problem is, it does not appear in my account. All is confimed and paid. I expect a second Platinum lifetime license in my account with Serial and all the other dependen products. A Support ticket is ununswered until now. What is the Problem ? can you help me, please ?
 
Edit:
It is not possible to have more than one Sonar Platinum registered to the same account, should somebody have the same idea.

    Ok.
    I got the second, not registered license refunded by Cleverbridge.
     
    Now my main Sonar Platinum License has been removed from my account.
     
    So I not only cannot use the bought second license. When I get the Money back my already owned Lifetime Platinum License is also away. Hard stuff!!!
     
    I am enraged!

    I believe you DO if they are the same version AND you plan to use them At The Same Time. Nothing against running X1 & X2 & X3 & Splat at the same time tho.
