My infernal fidgeting is apparently healthy

I tap rhythms with my feet almost constantly when I'm sitting at my desk. I always thought my inability to sit still was the sign of something unhealthy but apparently it's doing my heart some good:

Fidgeting: make small movements, especially of the hands and feet, through nervousness or impatience.
 
Mine's definitely impatience related with a smidgen of nervousness.  
 
I can always tell when my girlfriend isn't enjoying a show we're watching because her foot starts tapping.

Mine glances at me every few seconds and does that.
