Streaming DAW output FROM Sonar TO other network devices

Like most folk, I like to A/B my mixes across various environments. Most media servers seem to be able to stream files over the network to my other listening devices; but what I really want to do is tweak the mix on the fly.

My aim is to use an i-pad based controller to control the mix live whilst streaming the DAW output to e.g. the TV. I've got hold of Touch OSC and Jamcast, but I'm not sure how to string it all together.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

You might find a plug-in like MixChecker easier and more convenient. I reviewed it in the July eZine

The first 3 books in "The Musician's Guide to Home Recording" series are available from Hal Leonard and http://www.reverb.com. Listen to my music on http://www.YouTube.com/thecraiganderton, and visit http://www.craiganderton.com. Thanks!

Thanks - that may prove useful :) But there should at least be an easy way of streaming the DAW output over the network, right?
