Quad-Capture Problem

I am in the middle of mixing a very important project and all of my tracks no longer play in Platinum. Out of 40-50 tracks, there are only a handful that produce audio although all meters indicate signals. This is the case in all of the songs I have tried to open. Stereo tracks (in master template) seem to play ok. I am really stuck. Should I uninstall and reinstall? Any other suggestions? I have traced the problem to my Quad-Capture. Used my on board sound card and all tracks played fine (with a little more juice required from my laptop). Quad-Capture plays all stereo tracks fine. Just doesn't seem to play my multiple mono tracks within my projects. .

When ever I have odditues with my quad, I rename the Aud.ini file. Open Sonar and am relieved it fixed it. Could be worth a go.
