A New Really Bright Red Theme

HelRazor requested a really bright red theme, so here it is. Not for the faint-hearted :

Hey Outland!  How do you get the red strip at the very top of the Sonar window?  Is that a theme editor graphic?  I don't see it in your sth file.

No, not a Sonar theme graphic, it comes in from Win10. Right click on your desktop, hit "Personalize" and then "Colors". You'll figure it out from there.
