Modulation tool for Melodyne?

I have Melodyne that came with Sonar3 producer.  It says it is Melodyne 4, but I can't find the modulation tool.
 
Maybe it doesn't come with the version that is included with Sonar 3 producer.
 
Thanks for any insight.
 
I wonder if I upgrade to Sonar Platinum if it would have a Modulation tool in it.

    Starting with X3 Producer/Studio, a license for Melodyne Essential is bundled with SONAR. Users upgrading to SONAR Platinum/Professional from X3 Producer/Studio do not received another license to Melodyne Essential.     You would need to upgrade to a higher version of Melodyne. The version of Melodyne 4 included with Platinum would make no difference. You should already have receved that upgrade (to the version that came with x3 Producer) free of charge direct from Melodyne .
     
    FWIW it is well worth the upgrade to Melodyne editor or studio.

    Please check out Week #47 in Friday's Tip of the Week: "The Secret Melodyne Essential LFO Vibrato Tool." It's sneaky, but it works really well. Also look at Week #49B: "Tweaking Vibrato with Melodyne Essential."
