Unable to set Colour of MIDI track name in Console view using theme editor 1.1.0.22

Can someone verify this

Trying to set the colour of MIDI track name in Console view using theme editor 1.1.0.22 - does not change. 

Windows 10 64bit fully patched, 16 gig ram . 
PCR-800 Controller.  (Working in Win 10 1809 64bit)
CPU: i5 4670. 
Video: Nvidia GTX560ti (latest drivers).
Audio IF: Focusrite 2i2 2nd Gen

Internet always on.

Software
: Cakewalk by Bandlab (2018.09 B29)
ASIO mode. 24bit 48khz 256 samples 
Rapture Pro, AAS GS2, VS-3, EP-4, VA-2, Chromophone 2, Z3TA+ 2, Addictive drums 2, Addictive Keys, Mpowersynth (latest), Iris 2, GPO5, Sampletank 3,

    Doesn't work here, either. 
    Changing the color of MIDI track name in Console view using "Colors"-Settings in "Preferences" doesn't work, too.

    None of the track name texts (MIDI, audio, instrument, buss) work in theme editor.

    Track view audio, midi, and instrument work OK in "colors", but as you've notice the console view MIDI doesn't work (ie nothing happens no matter what you set) although audio and buss names work.
    Also,for some weird reason, track view folder color (in "colors" settings) does nothing - but folders are always the same color as (track view) buss text.

    There's probably some convoluted explanation, but that seems to be the way it is - for now.
