Speaking of those chromium windows.

Cakewalk is gravitating for whatever reason to chromium windows for dialogs. These are the gray dialog boxes like the new start screen, the beloved add track button's dialog and now the right click effects dialog. Maybe the new kids don't code in MFC. (Ya think?).
 
Anyway, Chromium windows are a neat little thing that can embed web content in your application. See wiki, this would also mean that if the whole of the UI could  be chromium-ized, I imagine it could run inside a browser.
 
Ya'll talk about SONAR as a service.
