Matrix and console window dissapears when minimized

I use two monitors and move the matrix/console/video module to the second monitor.  If I minimize it, it disappears.  I have tried opening the items in "View".  The most recent version allowed an alt-2 option which didn't work either.  In the current updated version, that is not an option either.
 
I sent an email to CW about a month ago and no response.  Same thing with trying to get a phone call return as it is always booked.

    Are the monitors the same size and next to each other?  I know that might sound a strange question but I use two monitors as well and just stretch the SONAR work-space across them both.
