MenuMagic v2 preRC released/posted.

MenuMagic v2 preRC has been released.
The main reason this is not a Release Candidate is because the Help system needs to be updated.
 
The version is free to registered users - use your private download link that you received with your licensing to download.
 
Some of the new features:

• Quick Load - if VST scanner hasn't made system changes (ie modified the plugin list) MenuMagic will skip scanning the system for plug-in changes.  Program load time was 3.5x faster on my system.
• DupeFixer - major design change/rewrite.
  Uses new Hidden Category to hide plugins from appearing in menus.
  Prioritizes plugs based on type and hides subsequent duplicates.

• Menu Creation modifications
  Can now modify existing plug-in layout menus. 
• Name Fix enhancements & bug fixes 
  • Improved syncing with other MenuMagic modules
    - Fixed bug that would revert changes made in Categorization Tab
    - Better data modification trackng.
      Reloads or in some case avoids reloading database when switching between modules
• Update notifier - now built into the the MenuMagic icon tray app.

and numerous tweaks, bug fixes, etc..
 
There are a lot of changes in this new version and while I have put a lot of effort into trying to make this as bug free as possible their is always the chance that it may not run as expected on your system.
Before installing - It is recommended that you either backup up your existing installation (you can just zip up the program folder and it's subfolders) or install the new version in a new location.

Have you tried this with the early release of 08.2016 update? Interested to know if this will affect anything.
