FX-palette...

Hey!

Just a thought. I use a lot of art programs like Sketchbook Pro, Sketchable, Corel Painter etc. In those programs you can make your own freefloating toolboxes with your favorite tools, brushes etc. I'd really like to see something like that in Sonar. For example I could have a toolbox/toolbar thats always on top where I have my favorite and most used plugins. Say I have one with ProQ 2, CA-2A, SSL Bus Comp etc... From that toolbar I could just drag the icons to the tracks to add the fx. Or if I have my favorite synths in there as well, MPowerSynth, Arturia stuff etc.  I'd just click the icon and a new track with the synth would appear. All instead of clicking the add track button, browsing to the synth and clicking ok etc...

Of course you could use the browser in a similar way. But most often you would have to click to make it appear, then find the plugin or synth and add it.

I definitely would use such a feature.
