Overloud TH3 Complete

If anyone is interested, Musician's Friend has the Overloud TH3 Complete for $119; they will send you a key once payment is made. So far, this is the lowest price I've seen for this, including the "upgrade" price. All you need to do then is download the demo off of Overloud's website, create an Overloud account, then activate the demo with your key.
 
The picture is not of TH3 but of the Mark Bass suite program, but you get the real deal.
