Screenshots

Hello all
I have an issue and would like to get a screenshot of the error message. Is this available in sonar or is this a computer thing. Never have done it and I see a lot of great pics on forum.
Thanks,
MJ

It is not part of SONAR. Click the "Print Screen" button to the right of the F12 key on a standard keyboard (which copies an image of the screen to the clipboard), then paste into MS Paint, crop it, upload it imgur.com and then add a link to the image in my post.

Hi. You do this via the pc. It is usually a Print Screen button on your pc keyboard. Hope it helps.
All the best.

I too use and LOVE the snipping tool from Windows.  Super simple and I determine the size of the window it snips by dragging whatever sized rectangle I wish around the screen content I want to capture and save.

I never new about that, I always throw it in the MS paint and crop. That's handy

I should get a picture site. I upload to a facebook album set to private. then view the image and copy the address

Hello,
Thanks to all. I did the snipping tool, now I can't find the location of the pic. I was able to find the log and send it to XLN. After uninstalling Splat. I reinstalled and now I still got the same VST error message, but now it seems to be working in Splat. Crazy man. I do see the potential of the snipping tool though, thanks scook for your insight.
MJ............Now I have to figure out how to get the two extra ADpaks that are supposed to come with Splat.😎
