[Solved] How to fix wrong octave (note names) in Piano Roll View?

Hello,

I live with it for years but now it is especially irritating when I am using some VST instruments which use MIDI notes also for controlling articulation. In PRV the lowest note is marked as C0 what actually is not true because it is in fact C-2. When I press on attached MIDI keyboard key C1 it is seen in PRV as C3
How to fix it? I cannot believe it is bug not discovered such long, probably just a stupid setting somewhere
On virtual keyboard (Alt+Shift+0) names are  correct.

I don't see any reason to keep false names and would like have every note marked in its true octave.

Thank you for any advice in forward.
Regards,
Piotr
