Standalone VST Scanner

Does anyone know of a good standalone VST scanner?

So many programs install their VST's in hard coded folders. I hate that.

I'd like to scan my entire computer to see what might be sitting somewhere.

Here's a freebie you could try.  I think it's pretty old (2008?) though, and I doubt it does VST3
