Sonar XL LE conrtol bar missing

Well its happenened again  !!  Control Bar  has gone   and does NOT  come back  even when reentered via Views/conrtol bar (ticked).. does  anyone have an idea how i can fix this  ?  or is it  a fault in the software,,, it did happen  once before last year,, and seemed to fix its self,,,,,,,,,, but not this time,,, ANY IDEAS  anyone  ??

    Try hitting "c". I believe its called Sonar X1 LE.
