Didn't get the "lifetime" and 3rd parties serial numbers (SOLVED)
Well, I just copy/paste my post from the thread here:

I have Sonar Artist (Pay One-time) and have used an opportunity to upgrade it for $399 ($339 after $60 discount).
After redeeming my Redemption Code, I noticed by now that 3 things are missing in my account:
1. Lifetime support - It's written in My Membership: SONAR Platinum Membership valid through August 30, 2017 - You are currently paying annual.
Hello, I've purchased SPlat because of Lifetime offer!!!
2. There ain't no serial number for Addictive Drums 2 Producer Bundle!!!
3. There ain't no serial number for Melodyne Essential!!!
I'm not big Sonar expert, it's my 4th. choice of DAW, so, I don't know what else is missing... (I hope SPlat will go up in my DAW list of choice once Mac version is released).
I've already opened support ticket but, AFAIK, they're not so fast so I'm writing it here in a hope that it'll be seen by somebody from the support stuff. My case number is 326326.
