EastWest Player Sync Problem

Hi Fellow Sonar Enthusiasts!
Maybe someone else has experienced this - I'm using EastWest products, specifically the loops/samples, via the Play plugin. Every time I try to sync the loop or sample to Cakewalk's tempo, it's considerably offtime. In the Play plugin, I click on "Player" and enable the "Tempo Sync" which should follow my Sonar project's tempo, but it's not. Anyone else out there experienced this? I'm checking here and on EastWest's forums for any ideas.
