Playlist Scrolling Line Workaround FOUND

After about a year of living without the scrolling timeline while using the playlist I discovered a way to make it work again!
I learned that using the stock templates would make it come back, but as soon as I started customizing it to my needs, the scrolling timeline would disappear. I finally figured out what made it go away . . . saving your template with the track view in a floating window. Which is how I have always done it. Once I started maximizing the track view window, it came back again. And now I think I like the track view maximized better.

Good catch Jcody! I too use a floating track view window with the playlist. I will check this out later.
