In order to post a picture here, it is necessary to upload it to a server elsewhere, say Photobucket for example, that lets you link to the picture. Then you need to put the public link in the field that opens on this forum software. Apparently, your website link http://www.jerrygerber.com/archives/screenshot.jpg is not serving that purpose. I am getting a "webpage not found" at that address. Perhaps it is not a public page? http://www.jerrygerber.com/archives/ gives a Forbidden error due to permissions, so presumably anything below that will not be found.

Click on the large blue text in the themes section of the resources link that sas DOWNLOAD FOLDER. The zip files are there.

I downloaded it and moved it to the theme directory. I tried it out in Sonar and it seemed to work for me.
Win 10 (64 bit), i7-2600k 3.4GHz , 8 GB RAM, SATA III (500GB SSD - System, 2TB WD Black - Data), Sonar Platinum x64, m-audio Profire 610

You can't go by file size. Theme files only contain elements that are different from the stock themes. Have you tried to use it? I just downloaded, extracted and selected the theme in Sonar. It works fine. Apparently 33K is correct
