Then you need to put the public link in the field that opens on this forum software. Apparently, your website link http://www.jerrygerber.com/archives/screenshot.jpg is not serving that purpose. I am getting a "webpage not found" at that address. Theme files only contain elements that are different from the stock themes. Have you tried to use it? I just downloaded, extracted and selected the theme in Sonar. It works fine.
