NEW THEMES: Light and Dark Tungsten Themes

Hello Everyone,

I spent some time revising Tungsten to be lighter all around.  It is not perfect yet, but getting there.   The one issue is that the text for the Event Inspector and the Pro Channel presets are white white because they are linked to some other things that you are forced to have a black background on.

I am still working on it though, and feel free to show me what can be improved.

The 2nd one I am posting is simply tungsten, but i changed the orange out for the original blue (outland144k has done very similar, just not with the blue I used).

Any comments or tips for improvement would be much appreciated.  If you modify my themes, please upload!
