Wavesfactory has taken a confounding turn. In the face of even the big boys (i.e. Waves, etc...) all lowering their prices and having continual flash sales, WF has, in some cases, more than tripled their long standing prices for most of their legacy products. I own many of their libraries for which I paid an average of $15 bucks each. Now they are $60. Improved GUI or not that's a steep price jump. Maybe Jesus thinks he can work a miracle here...but I doubt it.

Yeh, Wavesfactory used to be one of those great bargains nobody seemed to talk about much. Somebody must have told him his credibility would benefit from higher prices. Hopefully, he'll spend some of that increased revenue on better record-keeping. Out of 7 Wavesfactory products I'd purchased, he only had a record of 2 of them. When a new version came out that was supposed to be a free upgrade for previous owners, I could not get it without paying full price, because his database did not include my purchases. I know it's a one-man operation, but that experience has made me less of a fan than I once was.

Please, tell me all the details, I'll fix the issue and refund the second payment.

wavesfactory Please, tell me all the details, I'll fix the issue and refund the second payment.
Thank you very much for the offer. However, no refund is necessary as I have made no additional purchases since our email conversation back in February regarding the Boomwhacker update. At that time you were polite and helpful and at least did not come right out and call me a thief. However, you also did not offer to make any corrections to your records. Understand that I am sympathetic to your situation and probably would have treated me the same way you did. But you can understand that my enthusiasm has dampened a bit.

Bingo! I've got the answer for the conversation started on February. I'll reply to your email.

A big apology for my ever doubting Jesús' dedication to customer service! The guy did some sleuthing and discovered that, for some inexplicable reason, my purchases were registered under my late wife's email address. I have only used her name whenever I needed to access a Facebook account, as I don't do Facebook myself. How the heck her address got in there beats the heck outa me. Jesús has offered to merge the accounts and refund any upgrades I'd purchased, although I haven't bought anything since so no refunds are required. Way to go, Wavesfactory!
